Exploration of Phenolic Wastewater Treatment and Optimal Process Conditions Based on Adsorption Complexation Extraction
This study investigates the treatment of phenol containing wastewater through complexation extraction and adsorption processes, and explores the optimal conditions for treating phenol containing wastewater. The high concentration phenol containing wastewater was treated by chelating extraction, with tributyl phosphate and n-octanol as extractants and diluents respectively. The wood chips were modified to prepare wood chip cellulose, which was used as an adsorbent for phenol adsorption experiments.Experiments have shown that after optimizing the wastewater treatment process, the removal rate of wastewater is excellent at different initial phenol concentrations. After treating phenol containing wastewater, the total removal rate is close to 100%,and a high phenol recovery rate is maintained, achieving efficient purification and resource utilization, providing an effective way for efficient treatment of phenol containing wastewater.
