光催化剂制备与环保应用研究

针对传统光催化剂回收困难、组装不易、稳定性差等问题,制备了性能优良的铜网基CeO2/Cu2O/Cu光催化剂,并对光催化剂的X射线衍射(XRD)、光催化活性、自由基、循环实验进行测试,分析其在空气污染治理中的应用前景,为实际空气污染提供理论依据.研究结果表明:铜网基CeO2/Cu2O/Cu光催化剂具有较强的降解效果、矿化率高;具有较强的循环降解能力,10 次光催化降解后矿化能力仅下降 4.1%,去除二甲苯能力仅下降 5.5%;在空气污染治理测试 140 min时二甲苯和甲醛基本被降解完毕,160 min时3 种污染物全部被降解改善效果明显.
Research on the Preparation and Environmental Protection Application of Photocatalysts
In response to the difficulties in recycling,assembly,and poor stability of traditional photocatalysts,high-performance copper mesh based CeO2/Cu2O/Cu photocatalysts were prepared.The X-ray diffraction(XRD),photocatalytic activity,free radicals,and cycling experiments of the photocatalysts were tested to analyze their application prospects in air pollution control and provide theoretical basis for actual air pollution.The research results indicate that copper mesh based CeO2/Cu2O/Cu photocatalysts have strong degradation effects and high mineralization rates,and strong cyclic degradation ability,with only a 4.1%decrease in mineralization ability and a 5.5%decrease in xylene removal ability after 10 cycles of photocatalytic degradation.At 140 minutes of air pollution control testing,xylene and formaldehyde were basically degraded,and at 160 minutes,all three pollutants were degraded and the improvement effect was significant.
