典型化工企业VOCs排放规律研究

为进一步探究化工企业VOCs排放特征,以某精细化工园区的 5 家大型化工企业为研究对象,通过样品采集和气相色谱法分析处理获取相关数据,而后对VOCs排放的时间和空间分布规律进行探究.结果显示,VOCs因空气动力作用,更容易聚集在下风向导致浓度偏高;同时,早上和傍晚时段的VOCs明显偏高,此时主要的VOCs组分为烯烃和芳香烃.因此,在后续工作中,应当就上述情况进行针对性治理.
In order to further explore the characteristics of VOC emissions from chemical enterprises,five large chemical enterprises in a certain fine chemical park were selected as research objects.Relevant data were obtained through sample collection and gas chromatography analysis,and the temporal and spatial distribution patterns of VOC emissions were explored.The results show that VOCs are more likely to accumulate in the downwind direction due to aerodynamic effects,resulting in higher concentrations.Meanwhile,the VOCs in the morning and evening are significantly higher,with the main VOCs being olefins and aromatics.The analysis results can provide certain reference and guidance for subsequent VOC governance work.
