Research on Organic Extractant for Phenolic Wastewater in Fixed Bed Gasification Based on Process Simulation
In order to treat phenol containing wastewater from fixed bed gasification in coal chemical wastewater,a study proposes using organic extractants for process simulation, analysis, and ultimately obtaining the optimal extraction parameters.Experiments have shown that by analyzing the extraction phase parameters under different temperature and other influencing factors, selecting extraction grade 6 and extraction phase ratio of 1:3.5,the remaining mass concentration of total phenols is 298 mg/L,with an extraction rate of 93.05%.The remaining mass concentration of unit phenols is 75.1 mg/L,with an extraction rate of 83.1%.It can be seen that the study on the effectiveness of phenol removal and extraction from phenol containing wastewater based on extraction process simulation provides technical support for the treatment of phenol containing wastewater in coal factories.
