摘要

山西某煤矿废水净化水处理生产运行中存在水质不达标、水量无法满足使用需求等问题.针对这一情况,经技术调研对以往废水工艺过程优化改进,提出了PEC(光电催化)+石英砂过滤器+低压反渗透+CDI(电容去离子)工艺,每天可产水 2 000 m3,产水量及水质都符合该煤矿生活用水及乳化液用水要求,具有较好的安全经济效益.

Abstract

There are problems in the production and operation of wastewater purification water treatment in a coal mine in Shanxi Province,such as substandard water quality and insufficient water quantity to meet usage needs.In response to this situation,after technical research and optimization of previous wastewater processes,a PEC(photoelectrocatalysis)+quartz sand filter+low-pressure reverse osmosis+CDI(capacitive deionization)process has been proposed,which can produce 2 000 m3 of water per day.The water production and quality meet the requirements of the coal mine's domestic water and emulsion water use,and have good safety and economic benefits.
