Microbial Aerosol Diversity in the Northern Margin of the Taklimakan Desert
In order to explore the diversity of microbial aerosols in the northern margin of the Taklimakan Desert and its influence on human health,FKC-1 type airborne dust bacteria sampler was used to sample the midstream area of the Taklimakan Desert, and the concentration and species of bacteria and fungi were analyzed and compared. The results showed that in the dust weather, the species of bacteria were much higher than that of fungi, and the number of fungi was higher than that of bacteria. At the highest level of phylum, bacteria were divided into 5 phylum and fungi into 4 phylum,of which the total number of fungi was about 2.4 times of the total number of bacteria. In each grade, the bacterial species increase too rapidly, the number of its assigned to each strain decreases, and the number of fungi is always higher than the number of bacteria.
