碳基固体酸催化剂的制备及其催化合成生物柴油的性能研究

采用磷酸浸渍后进行炭化-磺化法,研究得到了以竹粉为代表的活性炭原料,优化合成碳基固体酸的方法.实验结果表明,以竹炭基固体酸为催化剂,在 350℃,炭化时间 2h,磺化温度 1 059℃,磺化时间 4h的情况下,所制备的催化剂性能最好.而该催化剂用量为 10.1%(质量分数),醇酸物质的量比为10,酯化温度为65.5℃,酯化时间为2h的酯化效率最高,可达98.2%.研究以竹粉为原料,利用生物质制备固态酸催化剂,其在生物柴油的合成中更有前景和竞争力.
Preparation of Carbon based Solid Acid Catalysts and Study on Their Catalytic Performance in Synthesizing Biodiesel
Activated carbon raw materials represented by bamboo powder were obtained by carbonization sulfonation method after phosphoric acid impregnation,and the method of synthesizing carbon based solid acid was optimized.The experimental results showed that the catalyst prepared using bamboo charcoal based solid acid as the catalyst exhibited the best performance at 350℃,carbonization time of 2 h,sulfonation temperature of 1 059℃,and sulfonation time of 4 h.The highest esterification efficiency of 98.2%can be achieved with a catalyst dosage of 10.1%by mass,an alcohol acid molar ratio of 10,an esterification temperature of 65.5℃,and an esterification time of 2 hours.Research on using bamboo powder as raw material and biomass to prepare solid acid catalysts has more prospects and competitiveness in the synthesis of biodiesel.
