摘要
本文采用熔融共混和热压方法成功制备了PLA-PBS复合膜,考察了制备工艺对产品性能的影响,确定了最优工艺参数.优化制备的复合膜抗拉强度达52MPa,断裂伸长率达590%,完全降解所需时间少于3个月.该复合膜兼具力学性能高、成型加工好和快速降解的多功能特性.本研究为高性能PLA-PBS复合膜的工业化应用奠定了基础.
Abstract
This article successfully prepared PLA-PBS composite film by melt blending and hot pressing method,investigated the influence of preparation process on product performance,and determined the optimal process parameters.The optimized composite film has a tensile strength of 52 MPa,a fracture elongation of 590%,and a complete degradation time of less than 3 months.This composite film has the multifunctional characteristics of high mechanical properties,good molding and processing,and rapid degradation.This study laid the foundation for the industrial application of high-performance PLA-PBS composite membranes.
