气相色谱法探讨p,p'-DDT的降解率

利用气相色谱法(GC-ECD)考察了进样口温度、衬管、进样模式和隔垫对p,p'-DDT标准溶液降解率的影响,确定了其降解率最低的气相色谱条件为脉冲不分流进样模式下,进样口温度为 280℃时,首选超高惰带玻璃纤维衬管(5190-2293)和不粘连的流失与温度优化(BTO)隔垫(5183-4757).
Exploration of the Degradation Rate of p,p'-DDT by Gas Chromatography
The effects of injection port temperature,liner,injection mode,and spacer on the degradation rate of p,p'-DDT standard solution were investigated using gas chromatography(GC-ECD).The gas chromatography conditions with the lowest degradation rate were determined to be pulse non split injection mode.When the injection port temperature was 280℃,ultra-high inert band glass fiber liner(5190-2293)and non adhesive loss and temperature optimized(BTO)spacer(5183-4757)were preferred.
