生产突发水污染中铜(Ⅱ)的应急快速检测

摘要
为进一步探究冶金行业突发水污染条件下的二价铜离子应急快速检测方法,以裸眼比色识别为目标,设计一种基于巯基、磺酸基、氨基等多官能团化的天然高分壳聚糖基底复合材料的快速检测材料用于实际测试.实验测试结果显示,该材料在冶金行业的生产突发水污染典型事件中,其检测识别能力、灵敏度、特异性检测三方面均具有一定优势,初步推断其适用于生产突发水污染中铜(Ⅱ)的应急快速检测.
Abstract
In order to further explore the emergency rapid detection method of divalent copper ions under sudden water pollution conditions in the metallurgical industry,with naked eye colorimetric recognition as the goal,a rapid detection material based on multi-functional groups such as thiol,sulfonic acid,and amino groups in natural high scoring chitosan based composite materials was designed for practical testing.The experimental test results show that the material has certain advantages in detection and recognition ability,sensitivity,and specificity detection in typical incidents of sudden water pollution in the metallurgical industry.It is preliminarily inferred that it is suitable for emergency rapid detection of copper(Ⅱ)in sudden water pollution production.
