基于CEMS测定气态污染物造假的化学分析

在当前的污染物监测分析中,应用固定污染源烟气在线连续监测系统(CEMS),可以对重工行业排放的气态污染物进行监测.但是,部分企业在开展CEMS测定工作中,还存在氨过量逃逸、氧量折算值低以及湿度折算值低等数据造假的问题,影响气态污染物测量的精度.为此,基于CEMS的基本概念,从化学分析角度,针对CEMS测定造假的问题,提出针对性的防治措施,以期提高CEMS测定的精度及可靠性.
Chemical Analysis of Counterfeit Gaseous Pollutants Based on CEMS Measurement
In current pollution monitoring and analysis,the application of a fixed source flue gas online continuous monitoring system(CEMS)can monitor the gaseous pollutants emitted by the heavy industry.However,some enterprises still have the problem of data falsification in carrying out CEMS measurement work,such as excessive ammonia escape,low oxygen conversion value,and low humidity conversion value,which affects the accuracy of gaseous pollutant measurement.Therefore,based on the basic concept of CEMS,from the perspective of chemical analysis,targeted prevention and control measures are proposed to address the problem of CEMS measurement fraud,in order to improve the accuracy and reliability of CEMS measurement.
