摘要
通过实验,优化指示剂配方,制备磷化氢检测管,结果表明当使用氯化汞和氯化钠体系,控制水分在 20%,通气量在 100 mL,制备的检测管变色界面清晰,重复性好,磷化氢质量浓度在 20~200 mg/L范围内,检测管变色长度与气体浓度拟合度较好,线性相关系数在 0.999 以上.
Abstract
Through experiments,the indicator formula was optimized and a phosphine detection tube was prepared.The results showed that when using a mercury chloride and sodium chloride system,controlling water content at 20%and ventilation at 100 mL,the prepared detection tube had a clear color changing interface,good repeatability,and a phosphine concentration range of 20 mg/L to 200 mg/L.The color changing length of the detection tube was well fitted with gas concentration,with a linear correlation coefficient above 0.999.
