摘要
为解决传统粗苯加氢精制工艺中,产品效率低、能耗大等问题,在对我国当前焦化粗苯加氢萃取精馏工艺综合分析的基础上,重点对焦化粗苯加氢工艺环节中的粗苯预处理环节、加氢反应环节以及萃取工艺流程进行优化,并对最终的优化效果进行了综合评估,达到了降本增效的优化效果.
Abstract
In order to solve the problems of low product efficiency and high energy consumption in the traditional crude benzene hydrogenation refining process,based on a comprehensive analysis of the current coking crude benzene hydrogenation extraction distillation process in China,the focus is on optimizing the crude benzene pretreatment stage,hydrogenation reaction stage,and extraction process flow in the coking crude benzene hydrogenation process.The final optimization effect is comprehensively evaluated,achieving the optimization effect of cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
