伴随能源结构优化调整,为了减少海上气田火炬气的排放,需要对海上天然气处理平台的火炬气进行适度回收处理.国内目前火炬气回收技术已经成熟,但是由于项目经济性和火炬气稳定性较差,火炬气回收项目一直停滞不前.东方终端通过系统排查梳理火炬系统的流程、火炬气来源,调研国内技术成熟厂家与应用案例,探索制定了适合终端的火炬气回收方案,随着"双碳"工作更深入推进,将不断下探火炬气回收最小经济气量,通过"低碳"和"增效"双轮驱动海上气田火炬气回收快速推进,从而推动公司"双碳"工作向更高层次、更高质量、更高水平迈进.
Exploration of Eastern Terminal Torch Gas Treatment and Recovery Methods
With the optimization and adjustment of energy structure,in order to reduce the amount of flare gas released,it is necessary to moderately recover and treat the flare gas from offshore natural gas processing platforms.At present,the torch gas recovery technology in China is mature,but due to the poor economic efficiency and stability of the project,the torch gas recovery project has been stagnant.Dongfang Terminal has conducted a systematic investigation and sorting of the torch system process and torch gas sources,conducted research on mature domestic technology manufacturers and application cases,and explored the development of suitable torch gas recovery plans for the terminal.With the deepening of the"dual carbon"work,it will continuously explore the minimum economic gas volume for torch gas recovery,and rapidly promote the recovery of torch gas from offshore gas fields through the dual wheel drive of"low-carbon"and"efficiency enhancement",thus promoting the company's"dual carbon"work to a higher level,higher quality,and higher level.
