Application of"2+2"Slime Separation Process in Coal Preparation Plant
In order to improve the problems of low processing capacity,high energy consumption,high moisture content of clean coal,low ash content,and the resulting decline in production and economic benefits in the flotation process of raw coal slime,the core process transformation technology is adopted.For slime water treatment process,the"2+2"mode slime water process developed by Tangshan Guohua Technology Co.,Ltd,that is,two-stage dehydration recovery of clean coal slime,two-stage concentration and two-stage recovery of tailings slime.This paper mainly introduces the"2+2"mode slime water process and main equipment of Bailong Coal Preparation Plant,analyzes the process characteristics and the main functions of each operation.The process index and effect after application are introduced.The problems encountered in the actual production and the solutions are put forward.
