Experimental Study on the Influence of Coking Process on Coke Quality
In order to further improve the utilization rate of coking coal and the corresponding yield and quality of coke,combined with practical production,an experimental plan and process were designed based on a brief overview of coking processes such as tamping,top loading,coal blending,and asphalt addition.The focus was on comparing and analyzing the mechanical strength,porosity,and particle size of coke corresponding to seven types of coal materials under four different coking processes,aiming to guide practical production.
