为了解决合成氨装置存在缺陷及流程不够熟练等一系列问题,本文对原有合成氨生产系统进行优化改造,通过更换、加装新型、高性能天然气、氧气压缩机提升系统产能,同时对催化剂填装工艺进行优化,通过在催化剂填装部位加载流量控制阀,提升催化剂撒布均匀性,提升反应效率,对优化后的系统进行应用研究,发现经过优化后不仅大幅度提升了企业的产能,同时很大程度上降低了生产单位体积氨原材料的消耗,为中小企业优化改造提供借鉴.
Research on Coal Chemical Synthesis of Ammonia Process and Energy Saving Transformation
In order to solve a series of problems such as defects and lack of proficiency in the process of synthetic ammonia production,this article optimizes and transforms the original synthetic ammonia production system.By replacing and installing new,high-performance natural gas and oxygen compressors,the system's production capacity is improved.At the same time,the catalyst filling process is optimized by installing flow control valves at the catalyst filling site to improve the uniformity of catalyst distribution and reaction efficiency.The optimized system is applied and studied,and it is found that after optimization,not only does the production capacity of the enterprise significantly increase,but also the consumption of ammonia raw materials per unit volume of production is greatly reduced,providing reference for the optimization and transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises.
