玻纤化工原料纯碱制备工艺及其质量检测

摘要
为进一步降低玻璃纤维的制造成本,提出了降低其化工原料纯碱的制备成本来实现的思路.在研究以工业废盐为原料制备纯碱的工艺流程上,为得到其最佳工艺条件,制备了相应的实验方案和质量检测方案,重点对反应时间、温度以及原料质量比等参数进行优化,相关研究成果可指导生产实践.
Abstract
In order to further reduce the manufacturing cost of glass fiber,the idea of reducing the preparation cost of its chemical raw material soda ash is proposed.In order to obtain the optimal process conditions for preparing soda ash from industrial waste salt,corresponding experimental and quality testing plans were prepared,with a focus on optimizing parameters such as reaction time,temperature,and raw material quality ratio.The relevant research results can guide production practice.
