Cause Analysis and Treatment Plan of Low Temperature of Coke Oven Side Fire Passage
The purpose of this paper is to solve the problem that JN60 coke oven in the second coking workshop of Antai Group Coke plant has low side fire passage temperature and abnormal combustion caused by individual fire passage leakage through the site to understand the temperature status of side fire passage.Based on the data,this symptom is caused by the fracture of pipe bricks.The method of replacing pipe bricks and spraying grouting is adopted to solve the problem of low side fire passage temperature,providing technical reference for the same type coke oven in the same industry.
