南海某气田低压系统投产后,天然气压缩机将面临因燃料气低热值导致停机的问题.本文主要描述了通过对天然气压缩机燃料气工艺流程优化改造,有效的提升了压缩机运行稳定性,为以后充分挖掘气田的高碳井产能奠定坚实基础,同时为其他油气田面临类似问题提供一定借鉴和参考.
Research and Application of Fuel Gas Process Optimization for a Natural Gas Compressor of a Gas Field in the South China Nanhai
After the low-pressure system of a gas field in the South China Sea is put into operation,the natural gas compressor will face the problem of shutdown due to the low calorific value of fuel gas.This article mainly describes the optimization and transformation of the fuel gas process flow of natural gas compressors,which effectively improves the stability of compressor operation,laying a solid foundation for fully exploring the high carbon well production capacity of gas fields in the future,and providing certain reference for other oil and gas fields facing similar problems.
