Experimental Study on Coking Characteristics of Slag Discharge in Fluidized Bed Boiler
In order to further explore the solution path of coking problem in fluidized bed boilers, the coking problem of a 440 t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler based on a coal chemical enterprise was studied.Combined with its fuel characteristics,an experimental device was built to comprehensively analyze the coking characteristics of fluidized bed boiler slag discharge. The analysis results show that the fluidized bed boiler is more prone to coking under air atmosphere, while it is less prone to coking under flue gas atmosphere. It is concluded that the secondary combustion of residual carbon components in the ash caused coking.A strategy of introducing flue gas as a fluidized medium to optimize the wind water combined slag cooler in the fluidized bed is proposed,in order to provide reference and guidance for subsequent research.
