夏季高温天气容易造成循环水上水温度偏高,导致循环水换热器换热效果差,严重时可能发生设备超温、超压联锁停车事故,是化工行业普遍面临的难题.天脊煤化工集团依托自身特点,研发了一种为循环水换热器中循环水提供冷量的装置,即将空分装置正常运行时放空的污氮气所携带的冷量回收,并转移至换热器循环水上水中,降低了循环水上水温度,从而提升循环水换热器的换热效果,不仅可以避免发生设备超温、超压联锁停车事故,保证生产装置安全稳定运行,而且可以变废为宝,达到资源合理配置、节能降耗的目标.
A Device that Provides Cooling Capacity for Circulating Water in a Circulating Water Heat Exchanger
Due to the high temperature weather in summer,the water temperature in the circulating water is too high,resulting in poor heat transfer efficiency of the circulating water heat exchanger.In severe cases,equipment overheating and overpressure interlock shutdown accidents may occur,which is a common problem faced by the chemical industry.Tianji Coal Chemical Group,relying on its own characteristics,has developed a device that provides cooling capacity for circulating water in the circulating water heat exchanger.This device recovers the cooling capacity carried by the discharged nitrogen gas during normal operation of the air separation unit and transfers it to the circulating water on the heat exchanger,reducing the temperature of the circulating water and improving the heat transfer efficiency of the circulating water heat exchanger.It not only avoids equipment overheating and overpressure interlock shutdown accidents,ensuring the safe and stable operation of production equipment,but also turns waste into treasure,achieving the goals of rational resource allocation,energy conservation and consumption reduction,indirectly increasing the company's economic and social benefits.
