Exploration of the Application of Derivative Gas Chromatography in Environmental Monitoring
In current environmental monitoring, taking the determination of dimethyl sulfate pollutant as an example, the commonly used method is silicone tube sampling derivatization liquid chromatography detection. However, based on actual measurements, this method has problems such as long reaction time, sample loss, and complex methods, which are not conducive to improving the quality of environmental monitoring operations. Therefore, after understanding dimethyl sulfate, this article proposes a determination method of pre column derivatization gas chromatography hydrogen flame ionization detector, and analyzes the determination principle, specific scheme, and preparation work. Finally, the effectiveness of the new measurement method is analyzed from the aspects of working curve, measurement range, detection limit, minimum detectable concentration, precision, and spiked recovery rate. After practical application verification, the new method can reduce operational steps and improve detection accuracy.
