Application of Robust Statistical Method in the Detection and Comparison of Emulsified Oil for Hydraulic Support
Inter laboratory comparison is a reliable means of monitoring and controlling laboratory capabilities.Using robust statistical methods,data statistics and in-depth analysis were conducted on six key testing items,including kinematic viscosity(40℃),pour point,pH value,compatibility of sealing materials,PB(lubricity),and defoaming performance,in nine qualified emulsion oil testing laboratories for hydraulic supports.According to the robust statistical method,obtain the Z-ratio score of the data provided by each laboratory,evaluate the testing ability of each laboratory,and provide disposal suggestions for laboratories that give suspicious results.
