摘要
实验室间比对是一种可靠的手段,可以监督和控制实验室的能力.采用稳健统计法对9 家具备资质的液压支架用乳化油检测实验室运动黏度(40℃)、凝点、pH值、密封材料相容性、PB(润滑性)和消泡性能 6 个关键检测项目进行数据统计并深入分析.依据稳健统计法分别得出各实验室提供数据的Z比分值,对各实验室的检测能力做出评价,对给出可疑结果的实验室提出处置建议.
Abstract
Inter laboratory comparison is a reliable means of monitoring and controlling laboratory capabilities.Using robust statistical methods,data statistics and in-depth analysis were conducted on six key testing items,including kinematic viscosity(40℃),pour point,pH value,compatibility of sealing materials,PB(lubricity),and defoaming performance,in nine qualified emulsion oil testing laboratories for hydraulic supports.According to the robust statistical method,obtain the Z-ratio score of the data provided by each laboratory,evaluate the testing ability of each laboratory,and provide disposal suggestions for laboratories that give suspicious results.
