选煤厂混凝剂与絮凝剂联合系统的应用

某选煤厂经常出现正常生产过程中,煤泥水不沉降,不得不停车等待,澄清水达到一定量后方可再次起车的情况;而且正常生产一段时间后,会再次出现煤泥水不沉降,浓缩池没有澄清水,不得不再次停车来等待煤泥水沉降,严重影响该厂的连续生产.基于此,通过分析确立了将絮凝剂与混凝剂联合投入系统使用,将混凝剂在絮凝剂添加前预先投入,将微细颗粒预先凝聚成较大的颗粒,后期通过絮凝剂再沉降的实验方案,降低絮凝剂耗量,加快沉降速率,提高煤泥水处理效果.
Application of Coagulant and Flocculant Combined System in Coal Preparation Plant
In the normal production process of a coal preparation plant,the slime water does not settle,so it has to stop and wait,and the truck can only be started again after the clarified water reaches a certain amount.Moreover,after a period of normal production,the coal slurry water will not settle again,and there will be no clear water in the concentration tank,forcing the plant to stop again to wait for the coal slurry water to settle,seriously affecting the continuous production of the plant.Based on this,an experimental plan was established through analysis to combine coagulants and coagulants for use in the system.The coagulants were pre added before the coagulants were added,and the fine particles were pre aggregated into larger particles.Later,the coagulants were resettled to reduce the consumption of coagulants,accelerate the settling rate,and improve the treatment effect of coal slurry water.
