Discussion on the Application of Membrane Denitrification Technology in Caustic Soda Production
In the production of caustic soda,refining brine is a key step that ensures the efficient and stable operation of the entire caustic soda production process.At present,the commonly used nanofiltration membrane method for denitrification can effectively control the concentration of SO42-in saltwater,avoid side reactions in the electrolysis process,improve current efficiency,and enhance the quality of ion membrane caustic soda production.However,there are certain technical selection issues in the current production of caustic soda,and it is necessary to understand membrane denitrification technology and apply it to further improve the production process of ion membrane caustic soda.Therefore,this article first provides a brief overview of membrane denitrification technology,then analyzes the application of membrane denitrification technology in caustic soda production,and finally discusses the actual benefits of membrane denitrification technology,in order to improve the efficiency of caustic soda production.
