矿井采空区注氮防灭火的优化改进及效果分析

为有效防止采空区内遗煤的自燃,实现矿井的安全开采.通过对注氮防灭火技术优化改进,确定注氮量1 900 m3/h,注氮口位置 75 m;注氮管路直径由 202 mm降为171 mm;缩短注氮线路及采用非间隔式的注氮工艺.优化后,在持续注氮下,采空区内的氮气浓度逐渐增加、氧气浓度逐渐降低,惰化效果明显;并经现场应用后,进、回风巷CO体积分数先上升后下降,且均小于 0.002 4%,达到防灭火效果.
Optimization Improvement and Effect Analysis of Nitrogen Injection for Fire Prevention in Mined-out Area
In order to effectively prevent the spontaneous combustion of abandoned coal in the goaf and realize the safe mining of the mine,through the optimization and improvement of nitrogen injection technology,the nitrogen injection amount was determined to be 1 900 m3/h,and the nitrogen injection port location was 75 m.Nitrogen injection pipe diameter decreased from 202 mm to 171 mm.Shorten the nitrogen injection circuit and adopt non-spaced nitrogen injection process.After optimization,under continuous nitrogen injection,nitrogen concentration in the goaf gradually increases and oxygen concentration gradually decreases,and the inerting effect is obvious.After the field application,the concentration of CO in the inlet and return air lanes rose first and then decreased,and its concentration was less than 0.002 4%,to achieve the effect of fire prevention.
