煤矿煤层注水技术工艺及实践研究

为进一步探究煤矿煤层注水技术的优化路径,以降低煤矿开采过程中的粉尘问题,结合某煤矿采取内的11240综采工作面的现状,对煤矿煤层注水技术工艺进行研究.在研究过程中,结合现场试验,确定了该煤矿煤层注水技术工艺的最优参数,以形成基本的工艺方案.而后将该方案应用于实践当中,结果显示,注水降尘率超过 50%,效果相对较为显著,证明该工艺具有一定的应用价值.
Research on Coal Seam Water Injection Technology and Practice in Coal Mines
In order to further explore the optimization path of coal seam water injection technology and reduce dust problems during coal mining,combined with the current situation of the 11240 fully mechanized mining face adopted by a certain coal mine,the technology process of coal seam water injection is studied.During the research process,combined with on-site experiments,the optimal parameters for the coal seam water injection technology process in the coal mine were determined to form a basic process plan.Then the scheme was applied in practice,and the results showed that the dust reduction rate of water injection exceeded 50%,with a relatively significant effect,proving that the process has certain application value.
