采煤工作面煤柱自燃发火防治技术研究

11302 综采工作面回采的 11#煤层为自燃发火煤层,采面回风巷护巷煤柱在邻近采面回采扰动、地质构造等多因素影响下内部裂隙发育,导致煤柱局部出现温度升高等自燃发火迹象.为确保 11302综采工作面安全回采并解决回风巷煤柱自燃发火问题,提出综合采用煤柱注浆+煤壁喷浆方式进行防灭火,通过煤柱注浆封堵内部漏风裂隙、煤壁喷浆隔绝煤柱与空气接触并封堵表面裂隙,并对注浆及喷浆方案进行详细分析.工程应用后,11302 回风巷煤柱局部高温点温度降至正常温度,且采面后续回采期间煤柱内温度均未再出现升温情况,表明现场采用的煤柱自燃发火防治技术取得较好效果.
Research on Prevention and Control Technology of Coal Pillar Spontaneous Combustion in Coal Mining Face
The 11#coal seam mined in the 11302 fully mechanized mining face is a spontaneous combustion coal seam.The coal pillars in the return airway of the mining face are affected by multiple factors such as mining disturbance and geological structure,resulting in the development of internal cracks and local signs of spontaneous combustion such as temperature rise in the coal pillars.To ensure the safe mining of the 11302 comprehensive mining face and solve the problem of spontaneous combustion of coal pillars in the return airway,a comprehensive approach of coal pillar grouting and coal wall spraying is proposed for fire prevention and extinguishing.The internal air leakage cracks are sealed by coal pillar grouting,and the coal wall spraying isolates the coal pillar from air contact and seals the surface cracks.The grouting and spraying schemes are analyzed in detail.After engineering application,the local high temperature point temperature of the 11302 return airway coal pillar decreased to normal temperature,and there was no further temperature rise in the coal pillar during the subsequent mining period of the mining face,indicating that the on-site coal pillar self ignition prevention and control technology has achieved good results.
