Study on Gas Control and its Effect in Fully Mechanized Coal Mining Face
According to the actual situation of a fully mechanized coal mining face,a gas treatment scheme was formulated,which combined with the mining protection layer,mesh format up-penetrating drilling,surface drilling,high penetrating interception drilling,small curvature comb long drilling,high drilling,old pond buried pipe and other advanced technologies,and then completed the implementation scheme design and implementation of the extraction technology.The variation of gas concentration in the stoping process of 11832 working face is monitored.The results show that the average gas concentration in the return air roadway during stoping is less than the limit of the Coal Mine Safety Regulations,and there is no gas exceeding the limit,which meets the safety requirements of underground operators.
