临空回采巷道围岩注浆加固技术研究

临空回采巷道围岩变形是矿井安全高效生产过程中常见的安全隐患.本文通过理论分析和数值模拟方法对临空回采巷道围岩结构的稳定性及围岩变形破坏规律进行分析,在此基础上结合矿方现有支护参数进行注浆加固方案设计并进行现场应用.结果表明:临空回采巷道的顶板和底板最大拉应力分别位于巷道中部偏煤柱和偏实体煤一侧,基本顶断裂位置位于巷道正上方,巷道的顶板两顶角、煤柱及巷道顶底板与煤柱形成顶底角是围岩的主要破坏区域;针对破坏区域进行注浆加固后巷道的围岩变形量得到有效控制,为临空回采巷道的围岩控制提供参考依据.
Study on Grouting Reinforcement Technology of Surrounding Rock of Goaf Mining Roadway
Surrounding rock deformation of goaf mining roadway is a common safety hazard in the process of safe and efficient production.In this paper,the stability of surrounding rock structure and surrounding rock deformation and failure rule are analyzed by theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.On this basis,combined with the existing supporting parameters of mine,the grouting reinforcement scheme is designed and applied in the field.The results show that the maximum tensile stress of the roof and floor of the goaf mining roadway is located on the side of partial coal pillar and partial solid coal in the middle of the roadway,and the basic roof fracture location is directly above the roadway.The roof angle,coal pillar and roof angle formed between the roof and floor of the roadway and coal pillar are the main failure areas of the surrounding rock.The deformation of surrounding rock of roadway is effectively controlled after grouting reinforcement for the failure area.This paper provides a reference for surrounding rock control of open-air mining roadway.
