晋能控股装备制造集团华昱能源化工山西有限责任公司粉煤加压气化装置所产生的灰水中含有较高悬浮物、胶体、固体颗粒物、硬度、COD、氨氮等物质,且温度较高,一般在 85℃左右;灰水循环使用,使污染物浓缩,导致气化炉灰水系统结垢堵塞管道,严重影响系统长周期稳定运行.经过对灰水系统增加除硬系统后,有效解决了灰水中悬浮物、胶体、固体颗粒物、硬度高导致管道结垢问题,实现了系统安全、稳定、长周期运行.
Research and Application of Ash Water Treatment Technology in Three High Coal Powder Coal Pressure Gasification Process
The ash water produced by the coal pressurized gasification unit of Jinergy Holdings Equipment Manufacturing Group Huayu Energy Chemical Shanxi Co.,Ltd.contains high suspended solids,colloids,solid particles,hardness,COD,ammonia nitrogen and other substances,and the temperature is relatively high,generally around 85℃.The recycling of grey water concentrates pollutants,leading to scaling and blockage of pipelines in the gasification furnace grey water system,which seriously affects the long-term stable operation of the system.After adding a hardness removal system to the grey water system,the problem of pipeline scaling caused by suspended solids,colloids,solid particles,and high hardness in the grey water has been effectively solved,achieving safe,stable,and long-term operation of the system.
