为进一步提升烟气脱硫效率,减少二氧化硫对环境的污染程度,在对柠檬酸钠脱硫技术和超重力技术分析的基础上,设计了基于旋转填充床的柠檬酸钠法脱硫实验装置,并重点对转子转速、吸收液pH值、柠檬酸钠浓度以及液气比等参数对脱硫效率的影响进行分析,以此得到最佳实验参数指导实践生产.
Experimental Study on Flue Gas Desulfurization Process
In order to further improve the efficiency of flue gas desulfurization and reduce the pollution caused by sulfur dioxide to the environment,based on the analysis of sodium citrate desulfurization technology and supergravity technology,a sodium citrate desulfurization experimental device based on a rotating packed bed was designed.The influence of rotor speed,absorption liquid pH value,sodium citrate concentration,and liquid gas ratio on desulfurization efficiency was analyzed,and the best experimental parameters were obtained to guide practical production.
