Research on the Prevention and Control of Chemical Plant Wastewater Hazards
For the discharge of wastewater from chemical plants,due to its complex composition,multiple toxic substances,complex types,and difficult degradation,direct discharge can cause significant environmental pollution.It is necessary to combine environmental protection needs to prevent and control the harm of chemical wastewater.Therefore,this article introduces the main processes and treatment procedures of wastewater treatment,discusses the zero discharge plan of wastewater,and analyzes the details and key process units of wastewater treatment processes such as pretreatment stage,membrane concentration and pre salt separation stage.After testing,the discharge plan is beneficial for improving the sewage treatment efficiency of chemical plants,with the expectation of meeting the prevention and control needs of chemical plant wastewater hazards and doing a good job in environmental protection.
