Optimization and Practice of Chemical Precipitation Method in Wastewater Treatment of Thermal Power Plants
In order to improve the precipitation effect of traditional chemical precipitation method, the reaction conditions and precipitant ratio of a new chemical precipitation method were proposed. The study first compared the precipitation effects of four common precipitants and found that sodium sulfide and aluminum sulfate had the best removal effects on heavy metals and suspended solids, respectively.Empirical analysis was conducted on the improved chemical precipitation method, and the results of a 2-month wastewater treatment experiment showed that after adopting the new chemical precipitation method, the pollutant concentration decreased from 120 mg/L to 52 mg/L,and the harmful substance content decreased from 45 mg/L to 18 mg/L.Practice has proven the practical application value and potential of improving chemical precipitation method in wastewater treatment of thermal power plants, providing efficient and feasible technical solutions for wastewater treatment of thermal power plants, and having positive significance for environmental protection and sustainable development.
