摘要
采用醛亚胺改性天冬聚脲树脂为主体,脂肪族异氰酸酯为固化剂,研制出一种具备长活化期、快速干燥和超高固含量的改性天冬聚脲美缝剂.并考察了不同醛和用量对美缝剂性能的影响,结果表明羟基新戊醛改性摩尔分数为 20%时,所制备的改性天冬聚脲美缝剂具有固含量达 99.5%以上,施工时长 60 min以上,表干 20 min以内,该漆膜的耐黄变性、耐磨性能和力学强度表现优异,是一种优秀的环保型长效高端美缝材料.
Abstract
Aldehyde imide modified aspartate polyurea resin was used as the host resin and aliphatic isocyanate was used as the curing agent to prepare a modified aspartic polyurea stitching agent with long activation period,rapid drying and ultra-high solid content.The effects of different aldehydes and dosage on the properties of the stitching agent were investigated.The results showed that the modified aspartame stitching agent had a solid content of more than 99.5%when the molar ratio of hydroxypivalaldehyde was 20%and surface drying is within 20 min,the paint film has excellent yellowing resistance,abrasion resistance and mechanical strength,and is an excellent environment-friendly long-term high-end beautiful seam materia
