Determination of Isopropylidene Acetone in Prasugrel Hydrochloride by Gas Chromatography
In the study of hydrochloride prasugrel drugs,warning unsaturated ketone substances such as isopropylidene acetone and furanone are produced internally,which affect the quality of the drug.Therefore,this article applies gas chromatography to determine the content of isopropylidene acetone in hydrochloride prasugrel.After summarizing isopropylidene acetone,the relevant instruments,reagents,and chromatographic conditions used in the experiment are proposed.Secondly,research will be conducted on the determination of isopropylidene acetone from the perspectives of specificity experiments,precision experiments,recovery experiments,stability experiments,and discussions on quantification and detection limits.Finally,after the final determination of the samples,the gas chromatography method established in this article can complete the determination of isopropylidene acetone and furanone,with high sensitivity,good durability,and strong specificity.
