化工半连续反应器和RAFT技术合成可控梯度共聚物分析

本文利用半连续进料法和RAFT技术合成可控梯度共聚物,通过实验设计合成一系列具有精确可控组成曲线的St/BA共聚物,选用的RAFT试剂为BDIB.共聚单体的进料速率根据目标共聚物的组成-链长曲线通过动力学模型计算得到,所得共聚物的组成分布、分子量及分子量分布均与模型预测一致.
Analysis of Controllable Gradient Copolymers Synthesized by Chemical Semi-continuous Reactor and RAFT Technology
This article uses semi continuous feeding method and RAFT technology to synthesize controllable gradient copolymers.Through experimental design,a series of St/BA copolymers with precise controllable composition curves are synthesized,and the RAFT reagent selected is BDIB.The feed rate of the comonomer was calculated through a kinetic model based on the composition chain length curve of the target copolymer.The composition distribution,molecular weight,and molecular weight distribution of the obtained copolymer were consistent with the model predictions.
