摘要

当前霍尔辛赫煤业选煤厂在处理煤泥时将其直接作为动力煤使用,优质资源严重浪费,且市场价值低影响企业效益.霍尔辛赫煤业选煤厂为挖掘煤炭提质效益,实现"无煤泥化"目标,对细煤泥浮选进行提质增效改造研究,在以往工艺基础上从浮选机、压滤脱水设备、浓缩设施、细煤泥浮选工艺等方面进行改进,经济效益显著.

Abstract

Currently,the Huoersinghe Coal Preparation Plant directly uses coal slurry as thermal coal during coal processing,resulting in serious waste of high-quality resources and low market value that affects enterprise efficiency.In order to explore the benefits of coal quality improvement and achieve the goal of"no coal slurry",the Huoersinghe Coal Preparation Plant has conducted research on the improvement and efficiency enhancement of fine coal slurry flotation.Based on previous processes,improvements have been made in flotation machines,pressure filtration and dewatering equipment,concentration facilities,and fine coal slurry flotation processes,resulting in significant economic benefits.
