Experimental Analysis of Single Coal Quality and Coking Performance
In order to solve the problem of low coke production,low quality,and high production costs caused by the lack of high-quality coking coal resources in current coking production,the coal quality of three types of raw coal samples was measured and analyzed based on relevant standards and equipment.A comparative analysis was conducted on the properties of coke obtained from three types of coal samples under the same coking process and temperature control flow.Through comprehensive analysis,the basic performance of three coal samples has been mastered,laying the foundation for their subsequent role allocation in coking production.
