精细化工项目中RTO装置的安全设计分析

在化工生产中,当应用蓄热式燃烧装置(简称:RTO装置)进行废气处理时,容易存在安全设计问题,无法保证ROT装置的运转质量.为此,以某化工企业废气治理为例,进行RTO装置运转问题的分析.在分析治理框架总体设计后,明确火灾危险性类别、计算混合气体控制浓度值以及确定可燃气体浓度检测器的安装距离,为RTO装置的应用提供数据支持.并从管道安装、电气设计及土建施工等方面提出了RTO装置的落实要点,确保RTO装置能够有效运转.
Safety Design Analysis of RTO Device in Chemical Fine Chemical Projects
In chemical production,when using regenerative combustion devices(RTO devices)for exhaust gas treatment,there are often safety design issues that are not conducive to ensuring the operational quality of RTO devices.For this purpose,taking the waste gas treatment of a certain chemical enterprise as an example,an analysis of the operation problems of RTO devices is conducted.After analyzing the overall design of the governance framework,clarify the categories of fire hazards,calculate the control concentration values of mixed gases,and determine the installation distance of combustible gas concentration detectors to provide data support for the application of RTO devices.And the implementation points of RTO device were proposed from the aspects of pipeline installation,electrical design,and civil construction to ensure the effective operation of RTO device.
