摘要

重介质选煤系统是我国煤矿行业目前主要使用的选煤方式之一,由于设备、工艺等各种因素的影响,从当前重介质选煤系统的使用情况来看,存在介质消耗偏高的问题,严重制约了重介质选煤系统实效的更好发挥.本文从重介质选煤系统的优势及存在的问题,从介质的选择到工艺设备进行详细分析,希望对我国选洗煤行业产生积极影响.

Abstract

The heavy medium coal preparation system is currently one of the main coal preparation methods used in China's coal mining industry.Due to various factors such as equipment and processes,there is a problem of high medium consumption in the current use of the heavy medium coal preparation system,which seriously restricts the better effectiveness of the system.This article provides a detailed analysis of the advantages and existing problems of heavy medium coal preparation systems,from medium selection to process equipment,with the hope of having a positive impact on China's coal selection and washing industry.
