Failure Analysis and Protection Methods for Erosion and Corrosion of Bent Pipes in Chemical Wastewater Stripping Equipment
This article conducts in-depth research on the problem of erosion and corrosion failure of bent pipes in chemical wastewater stripping equipment.By analyzing the erosion and corrosion mechanism of bent pipes during the stripping process,the influence of factors such as curvature radius,flow velocity distribution,and shear force on the erosion and corrosion of bent pipes is explored.Based on experimental data and theoretical analysis,corresponding protective methods are proposed,including optimizing the design of bent pipes and adopting wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials,aiming to improve the anti erosion and corrosion ability of bent pipes and ensure the safe and stable operation of chemical wastewater stripping devices.
