Distribution and Optimization Analysis of Gas Flow at the Bottom of Catalytic Cracking Industrial Regenerator
In order to continuously improve the uniformity of gas flow distribution at the bottom of the catalytic cracking industrial regenerator, this article conducted an experimental study on the gas flow distribution at the bottom of the catalytic cracking industrial regenerator. The experimental results showed that changing the inverted cone structure of the main air inlet of the regenerator had no significant effect on the uniformity of the gas flow distribution at the bottom. However, increasing the aperture of the gas distributor and changing the gas outlet velocity in the upper region of the distributor had a significant improvement on the uniformity of the gas flow distribution at the bottom of the regenerator, and the improvement effect was good. This study contributes to improving the application efficiency of industrial regenerators and is of great significance for the sustainable development of the petroleum refining industry.
