随着国民经济和社会科技的发展,人们对石油化工产品的需求不断增多,促进了石油化工行业的快速发展.在石油化工行业中,石油催化裂化装置在行业中承担着"承上启下"的重要作用.按照石油化工装置自控工程设计规定以及相关生产工艺的控制和检测要求,对石油催化裂化装置的分馏系统、吸收稳定系统的温度、压力等进行控制和检测,并根据相关设计规范及石油催化裂化装置的生产特点选择出合适的仪表和控制阀.
Study on the Design of Automatic Control System and Instrument Selection for Petroleum Catalytic Cracking Unit
With the development of the national economy and social science and technology,people's demand for petrochemical products continues to increase,which promotes the rapid development of the petrochemical industry,and the petroleum catalytic cracking unit plays an important role in the industry of"connecting the preceding and the following".In this paper,according to the requirements of automatic control engineering design regulations for petrochemical equipment and the control and testing requirements of relevant production processes,the temperature and pressure of the fractionation system and absorption stabilization system of petroleum catalytic cracking unit are controlled and tested.In this paper,suitable instruments and control valves are selected for the production characteristics of petroleum catalytic cracking unit according to the relevant design specifications.
