In response to the limited operational capacity caused by the special mining environment and complex surrounding rock structure during the mining process of a fully mechanized top coal caving face,the process parameters of a high mining height fully mechanized top coal caving face in a certain coal mine were measured,and the time and system start-up rate of each process in the fully mechanized top coal caving face were analyzed to further improve the production efficiency and safety of the fully mechanized top coal caving face.Through a series of process optimizations,the mining efficiency has been increased by approximately 1.8 to 2.4 times.
