井下复合顶板无煤柱沿空留巷技术的应用研究

为了解决台头煤焦有限公司8292工作面厚煤层复合顶板条件下综采效率低、成本高的问题,首次提出了在厚煤层复合顶板工况下采用无煤柱沿空留巷技术.对特殊地形条件下的顶板切缝孔设置及装药布置结构、分类补强支护结构、恒阻大锚索加强结构进行了专项技术改进,保证了在特殊地质工况下的应用可靠性.目前该技术已经在台头煤焦有限公司投入应用,取得了很好的经济效益和社会效益.
Application Research on the Technology of Retaining Roadway Without Coal Pillars Along the Goaf of Underground Composite Roof
In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and high cost of fully mechanized mining under the condition of thick coal seam composite roof in 8292 working face of Taitou Coal and Coke Co.,Ltd.,the technology of gob side entry retaining without coal pillar under the condition of thick coal seam composite roof was proposed for the first time.Special technical improvements have been made to the setting of roof cutting holes and the layout structure of charges under special terrain conditions,as well as the classification and reinforcement support structure,and the constant resistance large anchor cable reinforcement structure,ensuring the reliability of application under special geological conditions.At present,this technology has been applied in Taitou Coal and Coke Co.,Ltd.and has achieved good economic and social benefits.
