块煤开采的工艺参数及工程应用研究

针对大硬度厚度以及裂隙不发育煤层开采时块煤率低以及能耗较大的问题,以 23101 工作面实践生产为例,对其基本地质条件分析的基础上,通过数值模拟仿真手段确定了适用于 23101 工作面的最佳压裂处理方式为双排孔压裂;根据现场条件和理论计算得出最佳开采工艺为双向割煤端头斜切进刀方式,对应开采工艺的块煤率指标从 37%提升至 75.8%.
Research on Process Parameters and Engineering Applications of Block Coal Mining
In response to the problems of low block coal rate and high energy consumption in the mining of coal seams with large hardness thickness and underdeveloped fractures,taking the practical production of the 23101 working face as an example,based on the analysis of its basic geological conditions,the optimal fracturing treatment method suitable for the 23101 working face was determined to be double row hole fracturing through numerical simulation methods.According to the on-site conditions and theoretical calculations,the optimal mining process is the bi-directional coal end oblique cutting method,and the corresponding block coal rate index of the mining process has been increased from 37%to 75.8%.
