浅埋煤层群开采工作面防灭火技术研究

针对 3305 采煤工作面埋深浅、采空区漏风复杂以及采面与上覆采空区间间距小等问题,提出以预防性灌浆、注氮为主的防灭火技术措施,并通过强化监测手段提高火灾预警能力、通过减少漏风实现采空区遗煤及时惰化.结合 3305 采煤工作面现场情况,对采用的防灭火技术措施进行详细分析.现场应用后,3305 采煤工作面回采期间采空区及上覆2#煤层采空区均未发现有遗煤自燃发火征兆,采用的防灭火技术措施取得较好效果.
Research on Fire Prevention and Extinguishing Technology for Shallow Buried Coal Seam Mining Face
In response to the problems of shallow burial depth of the 3305 coal mining face,complex air leakage in the goaf,and small distance between the mining face and the overlying goaf,preventive grouting and nitrogen injection are proposed as the main fire prevention and extinguishing technical measures.The fire warning ability is improved by strengthening monitoring methods,and timely inerting of residual coal in the goaf is achieved by reducing air leakage.Based on the on-site situation of the 3305 coal mining face,a detailed analysis is conducted on the fire prevention and extinguishing technology measures adopted.After on-site application,no signs of residual coal spontaneous combustion were found in the goaf and overlying 2#coal seam goaf during the mining period of the 3305 coal mining face.The fire prevention and extinguishing measures adopted have achieved good results.
