摘要
厚煤层大采高综采工作面的压力作用变化较大,对煤矿的安全开采具有重要的影响作用.针对厚煤层大采高综采过程中,工作面的应力分布采用数值模拟的方式进行研究分析,建立不同采高的数值分析模型,对煤岩的开采过程进行模拟.结果表明,在大采高综采过程中工作面超前支护的垂直应力随采高增加而减小,工作面采空区水平应力随采高增加而增加,存在最优的采高工艺值,满足煤岩的压力及拉应力作用.
Abstract
The pressure effect on the fully mechanized mining face with thick coal seams and high mining height varies greatly,which has an important impact on the safe mining of coal mines.Numerical simulation is used to study and analyze the stress distribution of the working face during the comprehensive mining process of thick coal seams with high mining height.Numerical analysis models are established for different mining heights to simulate the mining process of coal and rock.The results show that the vertical stress of the advanced support of the working face decreases with the increase of mining height during the process of high mining height comprehensive mining,and the horizontal stress of the goaf of the working face increases with the increase of mining height.There is an optimal mining height process value that meets the pressure and tensile stress of coal and rock.
